6L Self contained breathing apparatus

Description:

The RHZK SCBA is an open circuit, self-contained, compressed air breathing apparatus. It consists of the backplate, carrying harness, and pneumatic system, consisting of a cylinder connector, regulator, pressure gauge, whistle, and demand valve.

There is also a range of attachments available including an electric pressure gauge, communication face mask, and adjustable backplate.

Applications:

The RHZK is specifically designed as a Professional Fire Fighting SCBA, but is also suitable for providing respiratory protection in an immediately dangerous to life or heath atmosphere. (IDLH).

1.Gas cylinder and valve assembly

• Gas cylinder is made of carbon fiber high strenth composite materials with reinforcement of multi-layered over-wrap.
• Light weight for compressed air
• Charge pressure is 300bar
• Service time is 45-60minutes at the normal breathing rate of 40L per minute.

2.Face mask

• Made of silicone materials
• Cover the users’s eyes, nose, mouth and chin
• Adaptable to various sizes
• Visor is made of a scratch, shock and heat resistant polycarbonate material.
• Equipped with speech device

3.Demand valve

• Positive pressure type, quick connector type
• First breath actuation equipped with ambient air hatch and bypass device.

4.Alarm and warning device

• Equipped with a warning device that will trigger an alarm at 50-60bar having an auditory strength of at least 85dBA with 1.0m distance.

5.Frames

• Ergonomically designed to provide optimal load balance, ease of movement for comfort.
• Made of non-flammable, non-static, non-conductive, light weight and high-strength reinforced materials.
